PRICES

Members of the GHEP-ISFG must be up to date with their fees by 2023 to enroll in the Meeting.

Registration for any of the events will be done through the GHEP-ISFG website.

As detailed in the table, GHEP-ISFG members will have registration priority until 31/03/2023. After that date, everyone will be able to register for any of the events (meeting/symposiums/workshops), until seats are filled. Due to the limitation of seats at the different events, those who register, but who do not have seats, will remain on the waiting list.

For all those registered with a seat, once the registration in the events (meeting/symposiums/workshops) is formalized, you will have until May 31 to make the payment (it is advisable to make the payment immediately with the registration). After that date, if the payment has not been made, the reservation of the seat will be lost, in favor of those who have remained on the waiting list, who will be contacted to confirm registration and make payment immediately, to ensure their seat.

IMPORTANT DATES

All events in Cartagena de Indias are from the 26th to the 28th July, 2023.

Registration begins on March 1st, 2023 and ends on the 31st May, 2023.

For the general public, registration starts on the 1st of April, 2023.

LOCAL REGISTRATION

The collection of registration documents for the Meeting, workshops and symposiums will be carried out every morning (from 26 to 28 July) at 7:00 am at the Casa 1537, headquarters of the Meeting. Each participant will receive an identification badge that must be worn at all times to enter the auditoriums, halls and other events, such as the welcome cocktail and the closing dinner.
