Members of the GHEP-ISFG must be up to date with their fees by 2025 to enroll in the Meeting.

Registration for any of the events will be done through the GHEP-ISFG website.

As detailed in the table, GHEP-ISFG members will have registration priority until 30/06/2025. After that date, everyone will be able to register for any of the events (meeting/symposiums), until seats are filled. Due to the limitation of seats at the different events, those who register, but who do not have seats, will remain on the waiting list.

For all those registered with a seat, once the registration in the events (meeting/symposiums) is formalized, you will have until September 1 to make the payment (it is advisable to make the payment immediately with the registration). After that date, if the payment has not been made, the reservation of the seat will be lost, in favor of those who have remained on the waiting list, who will be contacted to confirm registration and make payment immediately, to ensure their seat.

All deadlines refer to Spanish time.

IMPORTANT DATES

All GHEP-ISFG events in Barcelona, Spain, are from September 16 to 19, 2025.

REGISTRATION

Registration will open on May 15, 2025, for GHEP-ISFG members only.

Registration will be open to everyone starting July 1, 2025.
