GHEP-ISFG Members (and student members)

Members of the GHEP-ISFG must be up to date with their fees (2025) to enroll in the events in Mexico City, May 19-22, 2026.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION

As detailed in the table, GHEP-ISFG members will have registration priority until 31/01/2026.

After 1/02/2026, everyone will be able to register for any of the events. (meeting/symposium/workshops), until seats are filled. Due to the limitation of seats at the different events, those who register, but who do not have seats, will remain on the waiting list.

For all those registered with a seat during early-bird, once the registration in the events (meeting/symposium/workshops) is formalized, you will have until March 31 to make the payment (it is advisable to make the payment immediately with the registration). After that date, if the payment has not been made, the reservation of the seat will be cancelled. In this case, to attend any of the events (meeting/symposium/workshops), a new registration is necessary and the fees applied will be that of the late period of registration with no guarantee of available seats.

Specially priced training event packs are offered only during early registration. If you decide to register for a pack, please be aware of the established cancellation policy (see CANCELLATIONS section below).

LATE REGISTRATION

After 1/04/2026, registrations will be maintained open until May 15 with the fees as indicated in the table.

For all those registered with a seat during the late period, once the registration in the events (meeting/symposium/workshops) is formalized, you will have until May 15 to make the payment (it is advisable to make the payment immediately with the registration). After that date, if the payment has not been made, the reservation of the seat will be cancelled.

WAITING LISTS

If an event is full, you will automatically be added to a waiting list. When a spot becomes available, everyone on the waiting list will be contacted simultaneously. The spot will be assigned to the first person to confirm their registration, who must make the payment immediately.

The fee applied will be the new registration rate for the corresponding period (early or late). If you take more than 48 hours to make the payment, you will lose your spot to someone else on the waiting list.

PAYMENT METHODS

When finishing your registration, a proforma invoice is automatically generated. The invoice may be paid online with credit card (preferred method) or you may download the invoice and pay via bank transfer. The bank details are on the generated proforma invoice. In case you choose the latter form of payment you must send an email to tesoreria@ghep-isfg.org with the proof of transfer. More information in the Payment procedures page.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation request must be made by email to the GHEP-ISFG Secretariat: secretaria@ghep-isfg.org.

REGISTRATION

Registration will open on December 10, 2025, for GHEP-ISFG members only.

Registration will be open to everyone starting February 1, 2026.
